Traditional "okudo-san" kilns made of renowned Shigaraki ware greet you at the entrance where delicious rice is steamed. The Chef's Table at the Teppanyaki counter brims over with activity as the Chef grills treasures from the nearby sea among other delicacies for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Teppanyaki, using only select meats, seafood and the freshest seasonal ingredients, is a tantalizing feast for all the senses. The perfect meal is further enhanced by Yumeoto's selection of the finest sake and more than 200 vintages of fine wine.
